Brian and Deborah of ATEC Air & Heating were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating in correcting the recent failure of our blower motor control module. Their after-hours response was immediate, accurate, and exceptionally affordable. Highly knowledgeable, Brian assessed the problem, and addressed it directly, making no effort to sell us parts or services we did not need. Their integrity is refreshing, and it is a pleasure to deal with someone so caring and generous. Without question, I will call ATEC for any future heating/cooling needs, and will not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone else.

We had a great experience with Brian at ATEC ; he came out to do a tune-up which included coil cleaning, and also installed a drain into our air handler which should have been done when it was initiallly installed (by someone else) for no additional charge. Also got a lot of good information from him; he was happy to answer my questions and I came out of it with a much better understanding of how my AC works and how to keep it working efficiently.

Brian came out within an hour of my phone call and he spent 3 1/2 hours servicing my AC. He went above and beyond, including rebuilding the drain system on the AC unit because of an improper install. Brian knows AC systems and does the job right. To top it all off his rates are MORE than reasonable. Call Brian at ATEC for anything that has to do with your AC, you will not be disappointed! We recently purchased a home in Palm Coast and prior to moving in, the air conditioner stopped working. We called late on Labor Day and Deborah said Brian would come out later that day at no additional charge. My wife said it was fine to come the next day. Brian came early that morning. The problem was minor but Brian was at our house over an hour waiting for the AC unit to unfreeze. He fixed the AC and it continues to work fine. The charge was under $40. Deborah even called back later that day to make sure all was OK.

I hired Brian to do some repair work just over one year ago. We live beach side where everything is eaten by the sea air. Since then we have commissioned ATEC to maintain our equipment and install new equipment. What can I say? Brian is intelligent. He knows what he is doing, and he'll let you know if you like. Hats off to you Brian and Robert! Since the installation of our new Bryant system and all the related goodies, our home has never been more comfortable and the air is so much cleaner. We are also seeing a substantial reduction in our power bill. These guys pride themselves on customer satisfaction which is another one of their strong suits. Questions? Problems?
